LookHome™ Contribution Guidelines

1. Visitors to the LookHome website are offered the opportunity to submit material that they consider may be of interest to other visitors to the site for consideration for publication on the LookHome website.

2. LookHome has absolute discretion in deciding whether and if so how to publish or make use of any material contributed including how the contribution may be edited for publication on LookHome.

3. Any material offered for consideration by LookHome must be on topics in keeping with the topics covered on the LookHome website and must not contain any offensive or otherwise inappropriate images or text.

4. Any material contributed should be in the following format:

a. Word document submitted online
b. Any photographs in JPEG format 800 wide x 600 high

5. All material submitted for consideration must be original work and the property solely of the person submitting it. All written contributions are received on the understanding that the contributor is the owner and that he or she assigns copyright in the work to James Hardie Australia Pty Ltd ABN 12084 635 558 of 10 Colquhoun Street, Rosehill, NSW 2142.

6. All images or photographs are received on the understanding that the contributor is the owner and that he or she grants James Hardie a non exclusive irrevocable license to use or publish the images or photographs on LookHome or in its other marketing material. The photographer's name will be included along the bottom or side of each photograph displayed.

7. As the owner of copyright and moral rights in any text or images submitted, the contributor consents to James Hardie exercising all rights consistent with having copyright and moral rights in the material. 8. The contributor indemnifies LookHome and James Hardie Australia against all claims and liability in respect of any breach of copyright or moral rights or for defamation or action arising out of the material contributed.
